Hi Amy, it's Dave from the next cell over. I'm having the same problem so I contacted user support and they eventually informed me that it is a known problem with Windows 10 that they're aware of and are working on (although apparently not too quickly). One suggestion that initially worked but now seems not to is to open an incognito window if you're using Google Chrome.
