Interesting take. Her evidence is hearsay so it would definitely have helped to have direct evidence from the two Secret Service agents involved.

My sense is that Hutchison is telling the truth about what she was told. It's up to the Secret Service agents to rebut that evidence under oath. However, I suspect that they won't testify or, if they do, they will take cover under their unique relationship with the president. In other words, they'll say they are obliged to not comment.
