Nixon was a dead duck whether he had been prosecuted or not.

Personally, I’m not entirely happy with the idea of letting Trump and his cronies get away with the many crimes they committed while Trump was president, but if Biden and Garland feel that it is the best thing for the country, then I will leave it up to history to judge the wisdom of their decision.
